Ingredients

olive oil

corn - fresh
frozen or canned

tablespoon
butter
1
teaspoon
salt
dash of black pepper

- 1 teaspoon chili powder - depend on your desired spice preference
1/4
cup
sour cream
1
lime - juiced

tablespoons
queso fresco cheese, cojita cheese or feta cheese

teaspoon
dried oregano - optional
Instructions
Heat a skillet to medium/high heat.
Add olive oil, corn and butter and saute until corn gets some color to it.
Sprinkle on the salt, chili powder and black pepper.
Add sour cream and lime juice and stir.
Sprinkle with queso fresco cheese, cojita cheese or feta cheese and dried oregano.
Serve warm or cold.
