These steak and vegetable skewers are a classic staple of summer grilling at my house. Flavorful marinated steak with grilled vegetables.

Ingredients
2poundsLondon broil - cut into bite size pieces
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1/4cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsugar
1 1/2teaspoonssalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoongarlic powder
For vegetables:
Red onions
zucchini
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Eggplant - Optional
Olive oil for vegetables
Salt and pepper for vegetables
Instructions
In a large container or zip lock bag, add the steak, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and garlic powder, mix around until the steak is well coated and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably a few hours.
Toss vegetables in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Skewer steak either on it's own or with vegetables in between.
Grill on 400 F. until steak and vegetables are at desired cook.
