Ingredients

almond flour

flour or gluten free baking mix

monk fruit sweetener or stevia
truvia, sugar or sweetener of choice

vegan butter or regular butter
zest of 1 orange or about 2 teaspoons

orange juice

milk of choice - I use unsweetened almond milk

fresh cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix together the almond flour, flour, sweetener or choice, salt and baking powder.
Add butter, orange zest, orange juice, eggs and milk of choice to the flour mixture and blend until smooth,
Fold in cranberries well.
Grease a bread pan and pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15- 20 minutes or until top gets golden and a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
Allow the bread to cool completely before removing from pan and slicing. The almonds will be slightly giggly until cooled.
