teaspoon

milk
Lemon glaze:
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
cup
powdered sugar
1
tablespoon
butter - softened
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar and blend together.
Add eggs and vanilla and stir in.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, flour, baking powder, salt and milk and blend until batter is smooth.
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is risen and a tooth pick comes out clean.
In a bowl, add together the lemon juice, vanilla, powdered sugar, butter and salt until smooth.
Pour over slightly cooled cake and enjoy!
