Herbs De Provence Potato Wedges
Delicious herby potato wedges, perfect side dish to any meal.

medium Russet potatoes

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
salt - more or less depending on your saltiness preference

teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
herbs de Provence
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Wash and pat dry potatoes.
Slice into wedges.
Toss in olive oil.
Lay flat on a greased or lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and herbs de Provence.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping over at 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with more salt if desired.
