Ingredients

blackberries - fresh or frozen

coconut sugar

lemon juice

almond flour

cup
quick oats

teaspoon
vanilla extract

cup
coconut sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
cup
coconut oil - melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a bowl, combine blackberries, coconut sugar and lemon juice.
Pour into a 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
In another bowl, combine almond flour, quick oats, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, salt and melted coconut oil.
Once mixed, pour over the top of the blackberries.
Bake for 25 minutes. Mixture will be nice and bubbly.
Let cool slightly then serve.
