coconut sugar

brown sugar

baking soda

teaspoon

milk with 2 tablespoons white vinegar mixed in

eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract

vegetable oil
For the crumb topping:
1/4
cup
all purpose flour
1/4
cup
cold butter cut into small cubes

teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
cup
coconut sugar
For the Glaze:
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
2
tablespoons
water
pinch
salt

teaspoon
butter - melted

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Pour all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix all together.
Spray a 9 x 13 glass pan and pour batter in.
In a separate bowl, combine crumble topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out relatively clean.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and when cake has cooled slightly, pour over cake and serve warm or cold.
