Ingredients

cups
rolled oats

all purpose flour
1/3

dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 1/2
cups
sweetener of choice - sugar
monk fruit, truvia, coconut sugar, etc.

tablespoons
butter

teaspoons
baking powder
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt

large eggs
2
cups
milk of choice
1
cup
Greek yogurt
Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender and blend on high until well mixed.
Pour into muffin liners until about 3/4 of the way full.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of muffins.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Check muffins with a toothpick and once it comes out clean they're done.
