Cucumber Sushi Salad

cucumber - sliced

crab sticks - chunked up

avocado - chunked

sheet nori - torn into bite size pieces
1
green onion - sliced thinly

chili pepper - diced
optional

rice wine vinegar

teaspoon
sesame oil

teaspoon
spicy mayo

tablespoons
french fried onions - optional
sesame seeds
Instructions
Slice cucumber, crab sticks, avocado, nori strip, green onion and chili pepper and add to a bowl.
Add rice wine vinegar and sesame oil and toss ingredients in mixture.
Top with spicy mayo, french fried onions and sesame seeds.
