Crème de Menthe White Hot Chocolate

I love this crème de menthe white hot chocolate recipe! It's the perfect winter or holiday treat with it's creamy, minty and warm goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk - any milk of choice will work
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crème de menthe syrup or crème de menthe liqueur
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe mug or if using a stovetop, then a small sauce pan, add the white chocolate chips, milk and half and half then stir.
  • Microwave in 30 second increments, stir after each round or heat over low heat, stirring slowing until the white chocolate chips have melted and the liquid is hot.
  • Add the crème de menthe syrup or liqueur and stir again.
  • Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
