Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • For chocolate ganache:
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix together chocolate cake mix, Greek yogurt, eggs, melted butter and milk in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Add to a bundt cake pan or whatever pan you want to use.
  • Follow the cook times on the box.
  • Cake is done when tooth pick comes out clean.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl add cream and microwave for 1 minute.
  • In another bowl add chocolate chips and pour steaming hot cream over the chocolate chips and cover bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes or until all the chocolate chips melt. Mix together and let cool slightly before pouring over cooled bundt cake.
