3sausages - sliced into bite size rounds
1cuppineapple - if using canned drain the juice
2cupcooked rice - white or brown
Instructions
Add bell peppers, green onions, green cabbage, purple cabbage, fresh ginger, garlic and sesame oil to a large pan and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they start to soften.
Add soy sauce, pinch of salt and honey to pan and cook for 2 minutes more.
Add sliced sausages, pineapple chunks and cooked rice and stir until rice, sausage and pineapple are warm.
