Instructions
Preheat the oven top 350 F.
Add the cake mix, eggs and oil to a mixing bowl and mix until a thick dough forms, you don’t want any powder still visible.
Roll into roughly 1 1/2 inch balls, you are going to make 30 cookies so they will be small.
Place 15 cookie dough balls on each cookie sheet, these don’t spread a lot so 15 on a sheet will be fine.
Use you palm to press these down into little discs.
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the tops look cooked and they will probably have a little cracking on the tops.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes so they don’t break apart.
Move to a cooling wrack and let them cool completely before adding the frosting.
Make the frosting my adding all ingredients together and blending until smooth, adding a little more milk or water if frosting is too thick.
Use a spoon, butter knife or rubber spatula to frost the backside of the cookie and then place another cookie on top to make a Oreo sandwich cookie.
Enjoy!
