Ingredients

cups
cabbage - sliced into thin strips

tablespoons
sesame oil
2
green onions - thinly sliced
1
tablespoon
soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/4
teaspoon
ground ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger root - minced
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder or 1 clove garlic - minced
Instructions
Slice and prepare all vegetables.
Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick pan and add cabbage and green onions.
Cook until cabbage starts to soften.
Add soy sauce, ginger or ground ginger and garlic or garlic powder.
Stir until cabbage is mostly softened and everything is coated in sauce.
Serve and enjoy.
