Chewy molasses cookies will always remind me of my mom! She made them during Christmas growing up and I love them! This is a fun twist on the traditional cookie and it tastes amazing!
Chinese five spice has cinnamon, anise, fennel, black pepper and cloves in it so the favors work really wonderfully with orange and molasses. These cookies also have an irresistible chew to them! They are a holiday must make!
