This Easy fresh peach cilantro salsa is super tasty, summery and easy to make! It tastes great with some tortilla chips and completely fabulous on tacos. I personally love it on fish tacos!
This is a fun and different salsa to mix up and really embraces the end of summer peach harvest! It would be great to a salsa bar line up too. The fruity flavors from the peach shine through and are complimented by the cilantro and the chili powder brings the perfect amount of heat and balance to this a salsa.
When making my fish tacos I usually add my fish, this peach and cilantro salsa, crunchy shredded cabbage and some cilantro lime crema to a warmed corn tortilla. It makes the perfect fresh and easy taco! If I am feeling lazy I use frozen fish sticks that I cook in the air fryer so they are extra crispy that way I have a meal in only 15 minutes!
