This sweet garlic sesame salmon with rice noodles is a delicious dinner option. It’s quick and easy to make and would be perfect for a weeknight. The salmon is cut up into bite sized pieces and sautéed in a sweet and savory garlic sesame sauce. I serve the salmon over a bowl of sweet and savory stir fried sesame rice noodles.
Most of my kids love salmon and this sweet and savory salmon dish is a favorite for them. I love this dish and think it has a take out, fake out feel to it with the comforting flavor charm of a home cooked meal.
The salmon gets pan fried with a garlic sesame sauce that almost has a teriyaki vibe to it. My kids also love the stir fried rice noodles that are served along with this dish, it tastes like a teriyaki chow mein and it’s delicious.
Toasted sesame seeds and green onions on top of this dish give it a fun crunch of texture from the sesame seeds and a freshness from the green onions. They are optional but encouraged ingredients to this dish.
