This pink dragon fruit smoothie is bright, fun and delicious! You can’t beat this natural color and who doesn’t love how vibrant the dragon fruit makes a smoothie! It also gives it a great background flavor for this smoothie.

Dragon fruit isn’t known for it’s incredible flavor and is an acquired taste. However, if combined in the right way then it can really lend a nice depth of flavor.

It adds that depth of flavor in this smoothie with the help of white grape juice, pineapple and mango and that makes for a tropical smoothie that really will make your taste buds sing!

This smoothie couldn’t be easier to make, just dump all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth! This will make enough for a large smoothie or two medium smoothies or 4 small smoothies; about 24 ounces.

My kids love smoothies and this summer we decided to make lots of them. It’s a perfect way to get some vitamins and nutrients in them while they love every sip.

I personally like my smoothies a little tart, but I understand not everyone else does. I have sugar added as an ingredient for those who like their smoothies just a touch sweeter.
