Blackberry Lime Sour Cream Cupcakes

These Blackberry Lime Sour Cream Cupcakes with blackberry lime cheesecake frosting are a great berry cupcake option. They taste great with a little lime wedge on top for extra acid to balance out the richness from the frosting.

I love a beautiful cupcake and these ones just naturally turn out beautiful from the blackberries coloring to the added garnishes on top. They are perfect for a fancy event or even just a summer barbeque.

I love blackberries and so do my kiddos, I have to tell you that whenever I plan to make any baked goods with berries, I have to hide them so I have enough to use in the baked good. Once my kids discover we have them it is game over and they will be gone within a few minutes.

These cupcakes have sour cream in them so that ensures they bake up moist. I however can confirm that they can be overbaked, So when baking it, make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t get over bake. I would rather have a slightly under baked cupcake than an overbaked one.
