Egg Ham and Cheese Flatbread

This egg ham and cheese flatbread is a great breakfast or brunch option. The flatbread dough is simple to make and requires no rise time! The egg gets baked on the bread with the ham and cheese.

This flatbread is a basic recipe that can be baked so it’s soft or crispy. This recipe is written to give you a good crispy on the crust, however if you want a soft crust, add the cheese and egg to the uncooked dough and then bake for roughly 9-10 minutes, this will ensure a softer flatbread.

I love to use gouda or cheddar, along with swiss cheese for the cheeses on this flatbread, however, use whatever cheese you have on hand and it will still be delicious.

I never want someone to avoid making a recipe of mine because they don’t have all of the exact ingredients. I would much rather have you adjust the ingredients to what you have than not make it or go out of your way to get the ingredients when something else can be substituted.

I use deli sliced ham in this recipe that I slice into pieces, you can use any type of ham.
