These grilled gyro burgers are such a yummy fusion between grilled hamburgers and gyros! The meat patty is made up of delicious herbs and spices that really work great in a gyro with a pita and all the traditional toppings. They are delicious and make a great weeknight dinner or a great weekend BBQ party food.

I love Greek food and my husband loves hamburgers, so we are both in love with these gyro burgers. All the flavors of a delicious gyro with a grilled hamburger center.

The hamburger patty has bread crumbs incorporated into it so it’s tender and juicy and doesn’t distract from the toppings at all.

The tzatziki sauce recipe is also included in this recipe, it’s super quick and easy to make and I think it brings the whole dish together.
