Bacon Cauliflower Alfredo Bake

This bacon cauliflower alfredo bake is so delicious and the perfect weeknight dinner. It’s easy to put together and pop in the oven and sit back while it bakes.

I love the bacon chunks that are through out the dish and then at the end I turn on the broiler and crisp up the bacon that is on top.

I use a jarred sauce for this recipe because it is super convenient but you can use homemade sauce if you prefer to. I love the way homemade alfredo tastes and honestly it’s way better than jarred but like I said, convince is king sometimes.

What you need to make bacon cauliflower alfredo bake:

Makes 1 large 9×13 pan

  • ~8 cups cauliflower florets – about 1 large cauliflower head, cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced
  • 22 ounces alfredo sauce of choice – this is the family size sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella – shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound bacon – cut into bite size pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large 9 x 13 casserole dish, add cauliflower, minced garlic, alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and chopped bacon, (reserve about 1/3 of the bacon for laying over the top) and mix it all together.
  3. Lay the remaining bacon over the top of the cauliflower alfredo mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered.
  6. Optional – turn broiler on and broil top for 5 minutes or until the bacon on top crisps up.
  7. Let cool slightly then enjoy!
