This bacon cauliflower alfredo bake is so delicious and the perfect weeknight dinner. It’s easy to put together and pop in the oven and sit back while it bakes.

I love the bacon chunks that are through out the dish and then at the end I turn on the broiler and crisp up the bacon that is on top.

I use a jarred sauce for this recipe because it is super convenient but you can use homemade sauce if you prefer to. I love the way homemade alfredo tastes and honestly it’s way better than jarred but like I said, convince is king sometimes.
