This easy mango sorbet is the best and simplest mango sorbet you can make! It only has 2 ingredients, no added sugar, no dairy or other additives. It can also be made in just a few minutes, no ice cream machines or freezing involved. My whole family loves this recipe and it’s the perfect treat for a hot day!
This mango sorbet can be made in a blender for smoothest results, I food processor can also be used but you may get a little chunkier sorbet or you can use an immersion blender.
This mango sorbet is the perfect little treat for summer or any time of the year. We love it all year round. It’s also a great shot of vitamin C. I love to buy the mango nectar and frozen mango chunks from Costco or Walmart. I buy a big gallon of pure mango nectar from Costco but you can buy it in the smaller cans or cartons too. Jumex makes a canned and carton version too.
