This simple sautéed kale recipe is super easy and so delicious! It’s a great way to eat kale and goes great as a veggie side dish. So if you ever have kale on hand and don’t feel like eating it raw then try it cooked.
I love how the kale wilts down but still maintains it’s integrity, unlike other greens that can get a little slimy when cooked down, kale keeps it’s bite while also softening, making it delicious to eat.
It almost reminds me of roasted broccoli in the way it tastes. My kids also like it and that is saying something about a wilted green. I like raw kale but it tends to irritate my throat a little bit, most likely an enzyme in the leaf but with this recipe it doesn’t bother me at all.
