Baked Brie With Honey Pears

If you are a brie lover you will love this baked brie with honey pears. It’s a sweet and savory take on brie. The pasty dough works to harness the melty cheese and also compliments the whole combo with it’s sweet, salty and nutty constitution.

This dish is perfect for parties or holiday events. I personally can’t eat a whole round of brie between me and my husband so I tend to think of this as a group or party dish where everyone takes a little. If you do find you have leftovers, it will save in the refrigerator for a few days and leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
