Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake No Protein Powder

This pumpkin spice protein shake no protein powder is super delicious and refreshing! It has the perfect amount of pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice!

It’s full of healthy and natural ingredients, like pumpkin, hemp seeds and delicious spices. The protein comes from the hemp seeds, which adds 10 grams of protein to this shake! It can be made vegan, that is how I make it but I will add options below for those who want to make this with dairy. It is also sugar free when I make it but I will also add sugar options below too.

I love a good pumpkin spice smoothie, especially ones that actually have pumpkin in them. The pumpkin puree balances out the spices and makes them taste better.
