Smoked Sheet Pan Salsa

This smoked sheet pan salsa is made on a smoker or pellet grill, it can also be made in an oven too. The smoker or pellet grill will give this salsa a really nice smokey chipolte flavor.

If you use the oven you will miss the smokiness but it will still taste delicious. The flavors in this salsa get really concentrated because a lot of the liquid gets evaporated during the smoking process. You add back in some liquid at the end so you don’t end up with a paste but the concentrated flavor still stays strong.

This salsa, like other salsas will benefit from a day or two in the refrigerator for flavor development. This salsa tastes amazing straight from the grill too but it will taste even better the longer it sits. You can leave this salsa chunky or blend it with an immersion blender for a smoother salsa, whatever your preference is.
