This Alfredo sauce is a super simple garlic and cream sauce. It tastes delicious over pasta, used as a dipping sauce or served with chicken.
It’s a simple roux version of the sauce, which simply means it’s a mix of butter and flour that is used to thicken the sauce, as opposed to cornstarch and water to thicken. If you want to make this gluten free, you can use gluten free baking mix instead of flour or you can use 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in with the milk before cooking instead of the flour in the butter mixture.
