Air Fried Healthy Bloomin’ Onion

This air fried healthy bloomin’ onion tastes delicious and it’s miles healthier than it’s deep fried relative. This recipe uses almond flour so it’s fairly low carb too and the nuttiness compliments the onion and spices in the recipe. The air fryer helps give this a nice “fried” texture without all of the oil.

I love to dip these in a barbecue and mayonnaise based sauce. 2 parts mayo to 1 part your favorite barbecue sauce. It would also be delicious in ranch dip, use Greek yogurt to keep things healthy.
