Apple Pork Chops

These apple pork chops are slightly sweet, herby and makes a delicious protein for dinner or lunch. I love the combo of apple, sage and pork. These are fairly simple to make too.

I prefer to use a thick cut pork chops so the meat stays moist and juicy. You can use a thinner cut too, just cut the cooking time down so you don’t ever cook the meat.
