This almond flour brownie skillet is perfect for those days or nights when you need a chocolaty treat and want to indulge but have no regrets afterwards. This brownie gets cooked in a mini dutch oven or oven proof pan and can be devoured right out of the pan while still warm and melty. It’s a delicious treat!
This almond flour skillet can be made gluten free by subbing out the flour for a gluten free baking mix.
I love to add some fresh fruit right on top of this and or some ice cream to really kick things into dessert mode.
This skillet serves 2-4 people and the leftovers, if you should have any, are good for a few days or can be frozen for a quick and delicious treat later.
