When I was in my mid 20’s I lost 65 pounds from eating healthy and exercise. During that time and ever since I live for these fruit and yogurt parfaits. They are one of my very favorite desserts or snacks when I need something sweet and satisfying. Here are a few other bowls I have made over the years HERE.
What you need to make red berry honey yogurt parfait:
Serves 1
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 7 red raspberries
- 2 strawberries – sliced
- 1/4 cup granola of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, top with red raspberries, strawberries, and sprinkle with granola.
- Drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
