I love homemade guacamole and sometimes I want a smooth and simple seasoned guacamole! I do love chunky guac too and I love guac with chunks of salsa in it too. I even like it so spicy my nose runs but I just can’t stop eating it too. So what I am saying is pretty much any way I can make it I love. This is a simple and super versatile recipe and that’s one reason I love it so much. It tastes great on it’s own or on any taco, salad, or to dip my homemade chicken taquitos in! (that recipe is HERE). Yum!
