This supreme stuffed spaghetti squash is a delicious and healthy dinner! It is super easy to make and will fill you to the brim with hearty, yummy flavors! It’s a spaghetti squash equivalent to a pizza and the flavors definitely deliver! I have suggested toppings listed below but add whatever ones you like!
What you need to make supreme stuffed spaghetti squash:
Serves 2-3 people
- 1 spaghetti squash
- Spaghetti sauce
- mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- bell peppers
- bacon crumbles
- pepperoni
- green onions
- black olives
- sausage
- mushrooms
Instructions
- Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds in the middle.
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Fill cookie sheet with 3 cups of water and Place spaghetti squash cut side down on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Use a fork to loosen the squash strands.
- Add ~1/3 cup spaghetti sauce to the spaghetti squash noodles and stir.
- Add mozzarella cheese, and desired toppings on top.
- Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
