Honey Pecan Shrimp

This honey pecan shrimp is super easy to make and tastes great! You can serve this on it’s own or over stir fried noodles or rice. I like to serve mine over my stir fried cabbage RECIPE HERE.

Shrimp is such an easy dinner option because it cooks up quickly and packs lots of great flavor! I always keep a bag of frozen shrimp in my freezer so I can use it whenever I don’t have a lot of time but want a healthy, protein packed, delicious dinner!

What you need to make honey pecan shrimp:

serves 2
  • 8 extra large shrimp – peeled, divined – tails on or off is fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pecans – whole or pieces

Instructions

  1. Toast pecans in a small pan and set aside.
  2. Add shrimp to a saute pan. Sprinkle with salt and begin cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, add honey, sriracha and mayonnaise, mix together.
  4. Add mixture to the shrimp and mix shrimp in it.
  5. Once shrimp is cooked, add toasted pecans and serve.
