This delicious creamy avocado berry smoothie is super easy to make and a great way to sneak in extra healthy fats and vitamins. Whether you are trying to sneak them in for yourself, your spouse or for your little ones. My kids love this smoothie and have no idea there is a whole avocado in there! Not to mention lots of vitamin c, fiber, probiotics, and a plethora of other good things for their growing little bodies and minds.
My kids don’t care for avocados at this point in their lives and if they saw me sneak it in it would be the end of the line for this smoothie but if I keep it on the down low they gobble it up! The purple color helps hide the distinguishable green avocado hue.
I love to make smoothie bowls out of this avocado berry smoothie because it adds some different tastes and textures to the smoothie experience and makes it feel more like a dessert! I top mine with granola, banana, frozen mango, and frozen black, blue and raspberries. Almond butter, hemp seeds or chopped nuts would also be super delicious on there! You can get creative and that is all apart of the fun!
