Pork Marinade

This pork marinade is great for pork chops, pork steaks, tenderloins and roasts. It works great if you are grilling the meat, pan cooking, baking or slow cooking it. Just mix up the marinade and let pork sit in it for at least 30 minutes, longer will give it a deeper marinade before cooking it.

The picture below was the first time my husband had grilled on our pellet grill. I made the marinade and he grilled the meat! He did a fabulous job and we all loved it!

What you need to make this pork marinade:

makes ~1/3 cup marinade

  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon spicy ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl or zip top bag.
  2. Mix well before adding your meat.
  3. Let meat set in marinade for at least 30 minutes before grilling, baking or roasting.
  4. You can use leftover marinade to baste or brush on your meat during the cooking process.
