Who else loves Korean BBQ flavors? I love this Korean BBQ pork roast recipe! It’s easy to make and tastes great! It uses gochajang which is a Korean chili and soy paste that can be found in most grocery store Asian food isles. I found my gochajang infused sea salt at a Kroger brand store. You can also find gochajang at any Asian market or on amazon.
I cook this roast on my pellet grill but it can also be cooked in the oven, on a grill or on a smoker.
