These cinnamon pineapple crepes with dark chocolate sauce are super decadent and the flavors are sophisticated and delicious! Grilled cinnamon sugar pineapple adds a pop to these crepes and when coupled with the dark chocolate drizzle it makes breakfast feel like dessert! In fact these could easily pass as a fancy dessert!

What you need to make cinnamon pineapple crepes:
Makes enough to serve 4 people
- ~ 8 – 6 inch crepes
- 2 cups fresh, frozen or canned pineapple – cut into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons sugar or Truvia
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- *whipped cream for on top
- powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, add pineapple, sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup and saute over medium high heat for roughly 5 minutes or until pineapple and sugar start to caramelize.
- Remove from heat and spoon into crapes.
- Heat milk in microwave for 1 minute then pour over dark chocolate chips and cover bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes or until the dark chocolate chips have melted. Stir together and drizzle sauce over tops of pineapple filled crepes. Add whipped cream if desired.
