These Avocado wontons are the ultimate appetizers! They are similar in flavor to the Cheesecake Factory’s avocado egg rolls but in my version the filling to wrapper ratio is better. It’s more balanced in my opinion. It also makes them more of a party appetizer because they are more bite size or really 2 bite sized! These are a crowd favorite!
I rarely fry things, only if it’s really worth it and these are worth it! The crispy outsides balance with the creamy avocado filling! The sauce is equally as tasty! the perfect balance of sweetness, flavor, olive oil and vinegar! So Good!
