I could drink this Thai peanut sauce! It’s that delicious! This sauce has peanut butter in it so by virtue that means I love it but then you add the spice, depth of flavors, a touch of sweetness and zing from the rice vinegar and I’m in love all over again!
I just love Thai food and could eat it every day. I often joke with my husband that Thai food is one of my love languages (but really, it’s not a joke. You could make me Thai food and I would feel nothing but love).
This Thai Peanut Sauce is super versatile and can be used to spruce up almost any Thai meal. I love it for dipping these Butter Beef Spring Rolls, on top of plain chicken, or on top of these Thai Chicken Tacos.
What you need to make Thai Peanut Sauce
makes ~ 1/2 cup
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Try not to drink all of the sauce at once!
