It’s Christmas where mint and chocolate reign supreme! Are you as big of a chocolate mint fan as me? I love it so much! My Husband just might have me beat in the peppermint and chocolate arena though, he gets a big package of York peppermint patties delivered each month on auto order then he takes them to work. He’s know as the guy with York’s on his desk.
These mint truffle kiss cake mix cookies are dangerously delicious and they are really quick and easy to make!

what you need
Makes 15 large cookies
1 devils food cake mix
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon peppermint oil
15 Hershey’s mint truffle kisses
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Add cake mix, eggs, oil and peppermint oil to mixing bowl and stir until a wet dough forms. Spoon large spoonfuls of dough onto a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Add the mint truffle in the center of the cookie and return to oven for 1 minute.
- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave in 15 second intervals until melted. Add desired amount of green food coloring and drizzle over the tops of cookies. Enjoy!
