Do you ever get the craving for fries! I do all the time and while I think occasional fry binges are a part of living a full and balanced life, I can’t do it daily. So these green bean Parmesan “fries” are a delicious and healthy substitute. They are coated in a nutty, Parmesan coating then baked to be a little crispy on the outside and a little soft on the inside. I love to dip mine in Greek yogurt ranch dressing.
