This shortcut hollandaise sauce is the easiest hollandaise sauce you will ever make and it tastes delicious! It’s takes just a few minutes to make and the risk of having it break on you are a lot smaller than making it the traditional way.
Jump to RecipeI love eggs Benedict and hollandaise sauce but sometimes I want it without having to make it the emulsion way with the butter, egg and lemon and then there is also the risk of breaking the sauce, which I have done too many times. This shortcut hollandaise sauce tastes just like the real deal but without the time or risk of breaking your sauce. Can I get a hallelujah!
