Slow Cooker Barbecue Baked Beans
These slow cooker barbecue baked beans are easy to throw into the slow cooker and let cook all day! Then you have a great side or main dish ready for you when you are ready to eat! They are on the sweeter side of savory so if you want beans that are not as sweet you can adjust the amount of brown sugar you put it.
What you need
Serves 8 people
3 – 15 ounce cans Pinto Beans
1 Cup Onions – diced
1 Cup Red Bell Peppers -diced
5 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped or 2/3’s cup bacon bits
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 Tablespoon Honey
Instructions
Add everything to the crock pot and stir. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
