Lemon Sour Cream Pie
This Lemon Sour Cream pie was a request from my nieces for Thanksgiving! I’m a lemon fan too so I loved creating this recipe! Sweet, tart and creamy, super delicious!
What you need
1 9 inch Pie Shell – baked and cooled.
1 Cup Lemon Curd
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Package Instant Lemon Pudding
2 cups sweetened Whipped Cream
Combine the lemon curd, sour cream and instant lemon pudding powder and blend with a whisk until it starts to thicken. Pour into the bottom of a pie shell and let set for 30 minutes. Add Whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
