I love these Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes! Are you team sweet or team savory when it comes to sweet potatoes? I am usually team savory but these Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes made a believer out of me! The combination of sweet, salty, buttery, cinnamony, goodness makes them delicious and perfect for any holiday dinner or potluck.
It can be hard to please the masses when it comes to making certain holiday dishes. I can promise that these potatoes will be a hit with both young and old. Not only will they look beautiful with the roasted marshmallows on top, but they will leave your tastebuds wanting more.
They don’t get mashed so you can appreciate every little detail, from the caramelized cinnamon bits to the buttery caramel, the roasted flavor from the still slightly firm potatoes, and the toasted marshmallows! They are definitely a winner and perfect to serve at Thanksgiving or any dinner to make all those doubters a fan!
