Low Carb Pizza Crust

Low Carb Pizza Crust

This low carbohydrate pizza crust is quick and easy to make and practically guilt free! There is no cauliflower involved either. No rise time, just mix, roll out, top with whatever your heart desires, bake and eat!

Here is what you need

1 cup Almond Flour

1/4 cup Coconut flour

4 ounces Cream Cheese

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Garlic & Herb seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Mix all the ingredients until all are well combined.

Flip mixture onto a large piece of parchment paper. (picture below)

place another piece of parchment on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to desired thickness. I like it thin so I aim for around 1/6th of an inch thick. (picture below)

Remove the top piece of parchment paper but leave the bottom one under the pizza crust (I tore off some of the sides to make the paper fit the pan, I could have used scissors but I was starving… ha ha ) and top with sauce (I used my freezer marinara sauce Recipe HERE) and desired toppings.

pizza with toppings

Bake for around 12-15 minutes, check at 10 minutes. The edges will look golden brown when it is done.

Enjoy!
