Easy Fluffy Pancakes

Sometimes you just want some easy fluffy pancakes for breakfast! I love the convenience of a store bought pancake mix but a good easy pancake you can make yourself is so nice to have too! These are so fluffy and delicious! You can mix the dry ingredients ahead of time and store to make them even easier. Just add the liquid ingredients when you want to make them! This recipes makes roughly 20 – 4 inch pancakes. These pancakes can also be made ahead of time then frozen on a cookie sheet then once frozen placed in a zip lock bag and kept in freezer for easy breakfasts, lunches, dinner or snack.

Here is what you will need to make these delicious pancakes!

1 1/2 Cups Flour

1 Tablespoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 Cup Canola Oil

1 3/4 Cups Milk or water (milk will make a slightly fluffier pancake)

1 Egg

1 1/2 teaspoon White Vinegar

*To make them Vegan- Add an additional Tablespoon of White Vinegar and 1 Tablespoon Water.

Directions: Mix all Dry ingredients together and stir. Then add wet ingredients and mix well. Cook on non stick griddle or pan. Spray with cooking spray for best results. Once one side has bubbles appear flip and continue cooking on other side until pancake is cooked through.
