I have a family full of peanut butter cup fanatics and they always make these cookies disappear really fast! The crispy, chewy goodness that these cookies hold makes them destined to be a crown pleaser. It tastes like you are biting into a peanut butter cup that is somehow hidden inside of a chocolate chip cookie! So Delicious!
What you need to make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar and eggs.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine flour mixture with butter mixture to form dough.
- In a separate bowl, melt 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and combine with crushed graham crackers and peanut butter. Cool that mixture for 5 minutes in the freezer.
- Roughly mix in the peanut butter mixture and chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
- Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and bake on a slightly greased pan for 8-10 minutes.
